78' TRADE WINDS II

tradewinds

Captree's only dedicated ocean fluke boat.

Trade Winds II sails full day, deep water ocean fluke every day in season. The boat is located on the right end of the dock at Captree State Park. Captain Paul Risi has been operating boats at Captree State Park and other east coast ports for over 20 years and is eager to take you fishing in the Atlantic Ocean off Long Island, where he has the majority of his experience. Regular Captree customers will recognize Paul and the talented crew that has come to work with him.  There is full galley on board and the accommodations are very clean. All necessary equipment is furnished, including bait and tackle. Call for reports and additional information. Trade Winds sails at 7 A.M. everyday in season, and returns around 4 P.M.

TRADEWINDS II

Turn left and park right in front of the restaurant. TRADEWINDS II is located through the breezeway of the building.

TRADEWINDS II is a true 78' long, and 23' wide. Many of you have fished on it in the past. It was originally built as the Capt. Joseph IV in 1970, then changed to the Capt. Joseph II around 1977. Most recently it was the St. Anthony and Cap'n Andy II. She has a lot more deck space, and a giant cabin and upper deck.
